Reservation Fee Policy

To secure your booking and appointment slot, a Php 1,000 reservation fee is required.

The reservation fee serves as a security measure to ensure commitment and to minimize last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.

• Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment 2-3 days before the scheduled date without penalty.

• If a client cancels, reschedules 1 day before, or does not show up on the day of the appointment, the reservation fee will be forfeited.

Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
